Polices at By the Bluff
Deposit:
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s charges for each room booked is required to hold the reservation. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends. Three night minimum on holiday weekends.
Payment:
The balance is due upon check-in. Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the date of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the date of arrival will have the deposit refunded, less a $20.00 administrative fee. This fee will be applied to a future stay made within one (1) year.
Breakfast:
Full breakfast served between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.
Children and Pets:
Unfortunately, By The Bluff is not suitable for children or pets. We have two dogs on the premises, but they are kept out of ALL guest areas.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Parking:
Off street parking is available (one parking place per room).
Check In: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 noon
